The mandate creates a governed Architecture of Record, makes partner and implementation boundaries explicit, and ties technical evidence to deployment and capital decisions without turning architecture authority over to a vendor, design house, infrastructure provider, or schedule.

Where the program requires sustained architecture authority, Living Cipher may operate in a fractional Chief Architect capacity: representing the owner across internal engineering, external implementers, infrastructure partners, investors, and the board while maintaining the canonical architecture and decision record.

Use measured behavior, FPGA evidence, timing, interfaces, deployment constraints, and economics to drive decisions.
Keep architecture portable across vendors, data centers, design houses, foundries, and future compute substrates wherever practical.
Moving from software to FPGA, board, accelerator, chiplet, or ASIC converts technical assumptions into NRE, supplier dependencies, qualification, manufacturing, rights, and financing obligations.
Living Cipher does not replace finance. It makes the technical premises behind those commitments visible before capital becomes difficult to unwind.
Living Cipher works selectively where architecture, implementation, and capital commitment are tightly coupled. Engagements generally begin with a consequential decision or transition rather than a generic request for engineering capacity.
