Before capital
Pressure-test technical claims, implementation evidence, team capability, infrastructure dependency, and the architecture implied by the proposed financing.
Living Cipher is engaged when a technical proposition has become consequential enough that architecture, implementation evidence, ownership, infrastructure, and capital can no longer be evaluated separately.
The practice is deliberately problem-led: define the decision, expose the dependency, determine the evidence required, and preserve optionality until the architecture has earned commitment.
The objective is not more architecture documentation. It is a decision that can survive contact with implementation, capital, and reality.
Living Cipher accepts selected architecture mandates where technical decisions span implementation, infrastructure, ownership, deployment, and capital. The mandate establishes an Architecture of Record, preserves decision authority on the owner side, and carries consequential choices through evidence rather than vendor momentum.
Depending on program stage, Living Cipher may operate in a fractional Chief Architect capacity, lead architecture governance, define interfaces and partner boundaries, establish deployment-admissibility and silicon gates, or prepare the architecture for sophisticated board, investor, design-house, foundry, and strategic-partner diligence.
The role is not a substitute for engineering execution. It ensures that engineering teams and external implementers converge on one governed architecture—and that the company remains able to change vendors, platforms, or implementation paths without surrendering control of the computer.
Living Cipher does not operate as an outsourced engineering department. It enters where the cost of a wrong architectural assumption is beginning to exceed the cost of resolving it properly.

Turn a promising prototype into an architecture of record with explicit boundaries, interfaces, decision rights, evidence gates, and an executable hardware path.
Decide what should remain programmable, what has earned FPGA or custom hardware, which rights are being transferred, and what capital should be released next.
Living Cipher can own architecture judgment without inheriting operational debt that belongs to the client. Architecture authority, engineering execution, program management, implementation staffing, and ownership of background IP are separate responsibilities and should be contracted accordingly.
If a client requires broader technical leadership, reusable implementation rights, training, operational ownership, or strategic access to Living Cipher IP, that is a new economic object—not implied scope.
Signal admission, device identity, execution provenance, secure boot/update, PQC, policy, quarantine, revocation, and evidence architecture.
RISC-V/fabric partitioning, accelerators, memory movement, chiplets, die-to-die interfaces, lifecycle boundaries, and platform integration.
Voice, EEG, ECG, EMG, PPG, neural interfaces, real-time DSP, multimodal inference, and translation from signals to hardware constraints.
RTL, simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, FPGA bring-up, PPA, pre-fabrication evidence, and architecture-to-GDS pathways.
Living Cipher can circulate findings, decision logic, evidence status, and recommended commitment boundaries. Protected equations, scoring methods, client-confidential implementation detail, and Living Cipher background IP remain controlled.
